职位描述 Support Maintenance team to ensure equipment running with high reliability. Trouble shoot all the daily machine and utility fault. Execute the PM accoding to the Plan. 支持维修团队确保设备的可靠运行。
执行日常维修活动， 并根据计划完成预防性维护。
具体职责 1、Mainly responsible for plant, gas check and maintenance.Ensure the workshop production energy supply.The detailed content of equipment including high pressure variable transformer room room, air compressor, refrigeration station, boiler room in winter; 主要负责工厂水电气的点检和维护。
保证车间生产能源供给。
具体设备内容包括高压变配电室、空压机房、制冷站、冬季锅炉房等；
2、Second is responsible for the plant construction, afforestation, locks, lamps and lanterns of daily check and maintenance; 其次负责工厂基建、绿化、门锁、灯具等日常点检和维修；
3、Daily inspection record, there is a problem report in time; 做好日常巡检记录，有问题及时上报；
4、Make good use of spare parts,keep good sense of cost conrol; 正确应用好备件，控制成本；
5、Timely deal with all kinds of records, emails and other materials; 及时的处理好各种记录，邮件及其它材料；
6、Make sure utility equipment running smoothly and reliably; 确保辅助设施运行平稳及可靠；
7、Provide suggestions for better operation of the equipment; 提供优化设备操作的建议；
8、Make sure all work done according to safety requirements; 确保所有工作负荷安全操作规程；
9、Finish all others work asigned by team leader. 完成所有其它由组长安排的工作。
10、识别并贯彻执行与本人业务工作相关的国家和天津市有关环境、健康、安全管理的法律、法规和标准以及海斯坦普天津分公司和海斯坦普集团总部的EHS规定、安全操作规程，不断提高环境、健康、安全意识和EHS操作技能。
